| Day 12 With more whining... |
Another week, another appointment with my podiatrist. I am exactly one month out from my foot surgery and I am still on no weight bearing. Unfortunately the incision is not completely healed yet, so we can't work on anything further until that is done.
I'm dealing with it, although I was hoping to be able to be up and going by Thanksgiving. I won't be though, even if he clears me to put weight on my foot next Tuesday, I will not be able to walk up stairs for sometime, or do much walking for some time to come.
Not having one foot for this long of a period of time is just hard. I can't do anything that I want to do and I'm only getting out of the house about once a week as it is just too much of a pain in the ass to do more than that. Since, I have one doctor's appointment a week, well, that would be it for now.
And that is it for this tonight as well. |
